Hi, I’m Paula
I was born a revolutionary.
Seeing how both positive and toxic work impacted the lives of different people around me from a young age created my lifelong passion for creating good work for others.
But I have seen first-hand the ineffectiveness of prevalent culture change approaches and tools during my 20+ years in the industry.
I’ve made it my personal mission to find a better way to cultivate great cultures. Taking inspiration from great examples of meaningful mass behaviour change in other contexts to create a practical approach that creates a movement for change in your business.
And now I’m telling as many people as I can about it.
Through my work with clients and through our incredible, supportive SPARK community, my goal is to build capability to cultivate cultures where businesses thrive through their people prospering.
